Email as a Managed Service
Your own mail server, instead of another mailbox with a US provider.
We run self-hosted email infrastructure as a GDPR-compliant alternative to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace – including spam and phishing protection.
Email: Fully Managed
Self-hosted mail operations with Stalwart – including spam/phishing protection, calendar, contacts, and webmail access.
- Stalwart as your mail & collaboration server
- SMTP, IMAP, JMAP with DKIM/DMARC/SPF & spam protection
- Monitoring, updates & daily backups
Why run your own email hosting?
Many companies pay per user for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace – often with unclear data handling and no control over where data is stored:
- Mailboxes and attachments sit with a US provider
- Costs scale with every additional user and mailbox
- Compliance requirements are often hard to prove with US cloud services
We run your mail server wherever your other data lives too: on your own infrastructure, or within the EEA.

Frequently asked questions
Can existing mailboxes be migrated?
Yes. We migrate existing mailboxes, including emails, contacts, and calendars, from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or other providers.
Is deliverability to other providers guaranteed?
We set up DKIM, SPF, and DMARC correctly and monitor your mail server IP's reputation, so your emails reliably arrive.
Do we need a separate email client?
No, but you can use one if you prefer. Bulwark provides a modern webmail interface, and classic clients work equally well via IMAP/SMTP.
