AI & Automation as a Managed Service
An API key alone isn't an AI strategy.
We operate the platform that connects AI models, databases, and internal systems into reliable workflows – self-hosted, documented, and without sending data to external services.
AI & Automation: Fully Managed
Self-hosted workflow and agent platforms – connected to your systems and optionally to your own LLMs. Operated, monitored, and secured by RiKuWe.
- n8n as the central workflow & agent engine
- Connection to self-hosted LLMs, databases & internal APIs
- Monitoring, backups & access control
Why AI automation needs ongoing operations
Many AI initiatives start with a cloud API key and a handful of scripts – but:
- Sensitive data ends up with external AI providers, undocumented
- Workflows run on a laptop or an unpatched server, with no monitoring
- Nobody knows who has access to which automation or which model
- When something breaks or changes, there's no recovery – just repair under time pressure
We turn AI automation into a reliable, documented part of your infrastructure.
What's included?
Our AI & Automation service combines the following, tailored to your requirements:
- Operation of n8n as your workflow and agent platform
- Connection to self-hosted language models
- Integration of existing databases, APIs, and internal tools
- Access control, monitoring, and backup of your workflow logic
Our components at a glance
The following building blocks form the backbone of our AI automation service. We continuously add further components, tailored to specific project requirements.
n8n
- Workflow engine for automation & AI agents
- Connection to LLMs, vector databases, APIs & internal systems
- Self-hosted, with no sensitive data processed by third parties
Part of your AI strategy
AI automation isn't something we run in isolation – it's woven into the rest of your operations:
- Self-hosted language models as a data source for agents and workflows
- Databases for structured and vector data
- Monitoring for workflow runtimes & error rates
- Identity & Access for role-based access to automations
Automation isn't a one-time setup – it's part of ongoing operations.
We make sure it stays reliable, even as requirements change.
Frequently asked questions
Does the AI automation run entirely on our own infrastructure?
Yes. We run n8n and any connected models self-hosted – on your infrastructure, ours, or a coordinated hybrid setup. No data is sent to external SaaS automation services.
Can existing Zapier or Make workflows be migrated?
In most cases, yes. We rebuild existing automations in n8n and document the new structure.
How does this connect to on-premise AI?
n8n is the connective layer: it links self-hosted language models to your internal systems as concrete, automated workflows. More on this under on-premise AI.
What happens in case of outages or misconfiguration?
Workflows and configuration are backed up regularly. If something breaks, we restore the last working state and document the cause.
