Does Odoo run entirely on our own infrastructure?
Yes. We run Odoo self-hosted – on your infrastructure, ours, or a coordinated hybrid setup. No customer or financial data is transmitted to Odoo S.A. or any other third party.
Do we have to roll out all Odoo modules at once?
No. Modules can be put into operation individually and extended step by step – you only pay for what you actually use.
Can existing data from other SaaS tools be migrated?
In most cases, yes. We support data imports from existing CRM, accounting, or inventory management tools.
What happens in case of outages or misconfiguration?
Business data and configuration are backed up regularly. If something breaks, we restore the last working state and document the cause.
