Hosting
Our website is hosted by Hetzner, a German provider of web hosting services.
Our booking forms, video conferencing systems, and calendar tools are also hosted on the same infrastructure.

Self-Hosted Web Analytics
To analyse website usage, we use a privacy-friendly analytics system that we host entirely on our own infrastructure.
The collected data never leaves our servers.
We do not use cookies, cross-device tracking, or store any personal data. Only aggregated, anonymized information is collected, such as:
- Which pages were visited and how often
- From which countries visits originated
- What devices and browsers were used
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the anonymized analysis of website usage to improve our services and user experience.
When Booking an Appointment
If you book an appointment using one of our forms, the following data will be collected and temporarily stored:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Notes
- And any additional information you voluntarily provide

- Appointment planning and management

- Providing a smooth booking experience

The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, as it is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.
Our booking forms, video conferencing systems, and calendar tools are all operated on our own infrastructure. We do not synchronize data with external calendar services. All submitted data is used solely for organizing and conducting the booked appointment. We do not share data with third parties or integrate external services.
Retention Period
Unless otherwise stated, we process your data only as long as necessary, but for a maximum of 5 years – unless required for administrative, legal, or investigative proceedings.
Your Rights
If we process your data based on legitimate interests, you have the right to object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
You also have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, data portability, and object. Please contact us directly to exercise these rights.
If you believe that your data is being processed unlawfully or your data protection rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
