FAQ about Working with RiKuWe
Working with RiKuWe doesn't mean replacing everything — but it does mean clear responsibility, fast onboarding, and ongoing support.
Below you'll find answers to frequent questions — clear, technical, and transparent.
How does the collaboration with RiKuWe begin?
Typically in four steps: (1) Initial consultation, (2) Analysis & concept, (3) Implementation, (4) Ongoing operations. Well-documented, technically sound, and aligned with your team.
Do we have to give up our existing infrastructure?
No. We integrate existing setups or migrate where it makes sense. You retain control — we take over operations.
How quickly can you get started?
Depending on the project, we can begin with concept and implementation within 2 weeks. Many clients start with a joint pilot project or workshop.
What responsibilities do RiKuWe take on — and what stays with us?
We take over operations, automation, and accountability. Your teams retain control over code, deployments, and product development.
What exactly does “operational responsibility” mean?
Your systems run reliably, are monitored, regularly updated, and backed up. Issues are detected, communicated, and resolved — not just passed along.
Do you offer SLAs?
Yes – we provide tailored response and recovery times. For critical systems, we also offer on-call support and escalation procedures.
Where are systems hosted?
Our systems run exclusively in the EEA, in ISO 27001-certified data centers (e.g. Hetzner). On-premises or hybrid setups are also possible.
How is access managed?
Access is via VPN, SSH, and RBAC. Secrets are encrypted and versioned, all configurations are documented and exportable.
How do we reach you in case of issues?
Normally via email, Slack, or Jira. In case of incidents, directly with agreed response times — optionally with 24/7 on-call support.
Do you also work with external agencies?
Yes – we act as the technical operations partner in agency projects as well. We ensure smooth handovers, clear responsibilities, and documented processes.
