A Visionary Leader in Managed Services & Hosting

No matter how you found out about us — you’re here now, and we’re happy about your interest.

However, before we embark on the journey of your future hosting of company services, we believe the first step is to get to know each other.

First Meeting – Getting Acquainted

In our first meeting, it’s important for us to get to know our future clients.

This allows us to ensure that:

  • we can support you with our expertise;
  • collaboration makes sense for both sides;
  • you get to know and understand our range of services;
  • and that we fully understand your needs and can propose a joint approach.

You can ensure that:

  • RiKuWe is a potentially trustworthy partner for collaboration;
  • our knowledge will truly help you move forward;
  • our services can support you on your path to modern infrastructure;
  • and that we’ve correctly understood your concerns and can define the next steps.

If we agree to proceed together, we will prepare a proposal for the next steps after this initial conversation.
In many cases, this will include an analysis of your current infrastructure and the planning of a new one.
However, it’s also possible that, based on your existing documentation, we can provide a direct hosting offer and move straight into implementation.

Analysis Phase and Planning

In the second step, we will use your documentation and existing IT landscape to develop and present a proposal for hosting your services.
We will plan the necessary infrastructure and provide it to you as a concept document along with supporting documentation.
Of course, you are free to take this document to one of our competitors and request an implementation offer from them,
but we hope that by then, we’ve convinced you of the high quality and reliability of our work.

The duration of the analysis phase can vary depending on how much information needs to be gathered.
If it’s necessary to first document your IT landscape, because it has grown over time and hasn't been fully documented, the analysis will take longer.
If you are also planning to replace various services, we can, together with our partners, offer suggestions and help with product selection.

Our range of services also includes support for the development of DevOps processes — these don’t necessarily have to do with hosting directly,
but they do require a thorough analysis of current processes and the creation of a future vision.
After that, we can work with you to define these DevOps processes and develop a plan for how they can be introduced.
If infrastructure changes are required for this, we will of course plan these with you as well.

At the end of this phase, we will provide you with a detailed proposal for the next project phases, implementation, and maintenance.
If this proposal is attractive to you, we will start the implementation in close coordination with your team.

Implementation

Implementation includes all the activities necessary to realize the hosting of your services.
This includes migrations, setting up and testing backup processes, configuring firewalls, and more.

The various steps during implementation are closely coordinated with you.

At the end of the implementation phase, the services will be handed over to you for use and acceptance.
In the next phase, maintenance, we will continue to take care of the hosting of your services in the background.

Operations & Maintenance

During regular operations, we monitor the hosted infrastructure and apply updates during scheduled maintenance windows when necessary.

If issues arise with services, we respond according to the agreed response times as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and work to resolve the problems as quickly as possible.
All interactions are recorded, so we can demonstrate that we have adhered to our SLAs.

During this phase, changes to the existing infrastructure can also be made — for this, we remain in regular contact with you.

Summary

There are several steps between getting to know each other and becoming your hosting partner, but it’s good and important to take the time
to choose a trustworthy hosting partner and carefully plan the new infrastructure before implementing it.

RiKuWe is here to support you as that partner — every step of the way.
