Thomas is Managing Director, Entrepreneur, IT Expert, and Co-Founder of RiKuWe.
With a combination of technical depth, operational insight, and entrepreneurial foresight, he ensures that the company runs reliably, efficiently, and with a focus on the future.
After graduating from a technical college in computer science, Thomas started out as an independent developer.
Soon after, he founded his own software company, where he served as CTO and CFO, overseeing both infrastructure and finance — while remaining hands-on in development and operations.
During this time, he discovered his passion for DevOps, workflow optimization, and process improvement — because for him, inefficient systems and recurring issues are simply unacceptable.
In addition to his technical expertise, Thomas built a solid foundation in accounting, finance, and IT law — skills that play a key role in RiKuWe’s strategic and operational stability today.
Outside of work, he enjoys being in nature, staying active, and spending time near the sea.
His drive for optimization doesn’t stop at work: whether it’s the perfect coffee setup or an efficient workspace, Thomas approaches every system with holistic thinking.
