With a deep-rooted passion for software engineering, infrastructure, and business strategy, Thomas ensures that RiKuWe runs smoothly—both operationally and financially.

After graduating from an Austrian HTL with a focus on software engineering, he immediately launched his career as a self-employed software developer. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to found his own software development company, where he took on the role of COO/CFO, overseeing operations and finances while staying hands-on with development and infrastructure. It was during this time that he discovered his love for DevOps, optimizing workflows, and streamlining processes.

Beyond tech, he delved into bookkeeping and law, gaining invaluable expertise in financial management and compliance-skills that now ensure RiKuWe remains a financially sound and strategically agile enterprise.

When he's not fine-tuning business strategies or optimizing infrastructure, he enjoys sports, surfing, and the great outdoors. But his passion for optimization doesn't stop at work - he's always tinkering with the perfect coffee setup or refining his ideal workspace.
