At RiKuWe, Manuel leads consulting, sales, and communication – backed by over a decade of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, and digital transformation.

His journey began as a teaching assistant in computer science, where he quickly developed a talent for making complex topics accessible – a skill that continues to shape our customer-first approach.

Before founding RiKuWe, Manuel worked as a backend developer, DevOps engineer, project manager, and solution architect. This unique mix gives him a 360° perspective – from deep tech to strategic execution.

Together with Christian and Thomas, he co-founded RiKuWe to help teams build on reliable, scalable infrastructure – with managed services that are thoughtful, GDPR-compliant, and developer-friendly.

Outside of tech, Manuel is also a creative: he dances competitively and composes music – believing that rhythm, precision, and communication matter just as much in IT as they do in art.

His focus: building long-term partnerships grounded in technical clarity and trust.
